As Chief Strategy Officer at Gregory FCA, she led growth strategy, acquisition integration, operations, new business development, and private equity reporting while helping the combined firm increase revenue and profitability.
Today, Sandra works with agency founders, CEOs, and leadership teams on growth, profitability, organizational structure, leadership development, succession planning, and M&A readiness.
