Over the course of her career, Sandra founded and grew Affect into an award-winning agency serving more than 240 clients and generating over $32 million in lifecycle revenue. The firm earned more than 60 industry awards, including recognition for its workplace culture, before being acquired by Gregory FCA. As Chief Strategy Officer at Gregory FCA, she led growth strategy, acquisition integration, operations, new business development, and private equity reporting while helping the combined firm increase revenue and profitability.
Today, Sandra works with agency founders, CEOs, and leadership teams on growth, profitability, organizational structure, leadership development, succession planning, and M&A readiness. Her approach is practical, candid, and grounded in firsthand experience building, scaling, selling, and integrating an agency.
Ronen Twiss
Ronen Twiss is a financial executive with more than two decades of experience in strategic management and operational leadership. As the former Controller of an internationally renowned diamond wholesaler, he brings deep expertise in cash flow management and corporate reporting.
Through Grey Matter Advisory, Ronen provides fractional Controller and full-charge bookkeeping services to small and family-owned companies. This gives business owners executive-level financial oversight without the cost of a full-time hire. He partners closely with businesses in wholesale, import/export, jewelry, real estate, and e-commerce, and serves as a trusted overflow partner for CPA firms requiring high-level accounting support.
